These terms cover your use of the FindFold website and the pre-launch waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

About the waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line for the first production release. It is not a purchase, it does not require payment, and it does not create an obligation for either of us to complete a sale. We will contact waitlist members before the first release opens.

Pre-launch information

FindFold is still in development. Product descriptions, images, materials, features, pricing and timing shown on this site represent our current intent and may change before release.

Using this site

Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or interfere with other people’s use of it. The FindFold name, branding, product designs, copy and imagery on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on pre-launch information. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
