FindFold is a pre-launch product, and the only information we hold today is what you choose to give us when you join the waitlist. This page explains what that means in plain language.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, when you submit the waitlist form.
• Whether you are interested as a customer or as a retail or licensing partner.
• The date and time you joined the waitlist.
• Basic, aggregated traffic information from our hosting provider, which is not used to identify you.

How we use it

We use your details to send product updates, to invite you to order when the first release opens, and to reply if you contacted us about a partnership. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Waitlist submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, on our behalf. Each submission is also emailed to the FindFold team and copied into a private Google Sheet that only we can open, so we can keep track of the waitlist in order. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the waitlist.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@findfold.com. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from future updates.
